Jan Moeller

Ms. Moeller has 25 years of experience in the fields of education, career/vocational development and individual/group counseling. As an educator, she has taught both on the high school and college levels, always with the student's future career goals as a focus.

As an instructor at Moraine Park Technical College in Wisconsin and at Joliet Junior College in Illinois, her work focused on assisting adults in the formulation of educational, personal and career goals. Along with her instructional duties, Jan worked as a liaison between the community and the educational setting, seeking employment opportunities for qualified applicants.

The emphasis in her master's studies was in the areas of career development, employee assistance programs and community counseling. Jan has extensive experience in the evaluation of training needs, employer – employee relations and the use of assessment tools.

As a group facilitator, Jan has conducted programs on goal setting, coping with loss as well as career and self-awareness. She has directed groups through the process of developing all of the skills related to the career development process.
